We build skills in: • Executive functioning (planning, working memory, initiation) • Emotional regulation and supportive self-talk • Time awareness & energy mapping (cognitive load) • Sustainable routines for school, uni, work, and wellbeing • Self-advocacy and communication • Weekly reflection using the Compass Model™ Outcome: A more grounded, capable, confident young person with tools that last.
